The INGCO DM410003 Digital Multimeter is a versatile True RMS measuring instrument designed for electrical testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and general electronic applications. It features a 20,000-count digital display and Auto Range function for convenient measurement across a wide range of electrical parameters. 
It can measure AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle and temperature. The multimeter also includes useful functions such as Non-Contact Voltage Detection (NCV), live/neutral line identification, data hold, Low-Z measurement, phase function, diode test and continuity test. 
The unit comes with backlight, flashlight, low-battery indication and input LED indication, making it practical for electrical maintenance and testing work. It is supplied with 3 × AAA batteries and packed in a protective plastic box.
