These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vikastoolmart.com and any purchase you make from it. By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Vikas Tool Mart, Partnership , having its place of business at 36, Krishna Chetti Street, Near Sathy Road, Erode – 638001, Tamil Nadu, India. GSTIN: 33AAWFV3192J1ZI.

We operate the INGCO Experience Center (C1197) in Erode, an INGCO Direct Company Store, and source products through authorised channels. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to Vikas Tool Mart. References to “you” and “your” are to the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately at online@vikastoolmart.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You must keep your contact details and delivery address current. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by outdated or incorrect details.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these terms, or where we suspect fraud or misuse.

4. Products, Descriptions and Images

• We take care to describe products accurately, using information supplied by the manufacturer. Specifications, features and packaging may be revised by the manufacturer without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, finish, packaging, accessories and bundled items may differ from the images shown, including due to screen and lighting differences.
• Where a product is sold with accessories, only the items expressly listed on the product page are included. Batteries, chargers, bits, blades and carry cases are not included unless stated.
• Ratings such as power, capacity, speed, torque and pressure are manufacturer-stated and measured under the manufacturer’s test conditions. Real-world performance varies with application, material, power supply and usage.
• All products are subject to availability. Listing a product on the website is not a guarantee that it is in stock.

5. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST and other statutory taxes charged under Indian tax law. The applicable tax is shown on your invoice.
• There are no customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within India.
• Shipping charges are additional and are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
• Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
• Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect specification. Where this happens, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email or message acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order in the circumstances set out in our Cancellation Policy, including out-of-stock items, undeliverable addresses, pricing errors, failed payment verification and suspected fraud. We may also limit quantities per customer, per household or per offer.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged, except as set out in our Cancellation Policy. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit cards
• International cards
• Net banking
• UPI and digital wallets
• Razorpay and other authorised payment gateways
• Bajaj Finance EMI, on eligible products

All online payments are processed through authorised payment gateways on their secure systems. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received and verified.

EMI Purchases

• Bajaj Finance EMI is available on eligible products. If you already hold a Bajaj Finance Card, contact our office with your card details and our team will guide you through the purchase.
• If you do not hold a card, you may apply for a new one, subject to Bajaj Finance eligibility and approval. The application, documentation and approval are handled by Bajaj Finance under their own terms.
• Vikas Tool Mart does not charge any additional fee for providing the EMI facility. However, Bajaj Finance charges, taxes, processing fees, interest and other charges, if any, are governed by the financier’s terms and are payable by you.
• EMI availability depends on the payment method, bank, card and your eligibility. We do not guarantee approval of any finance application.
• Orders are dispatched only after successful payment or EMI confirmation and completion of order verification.

8. Shipping, Returns and Cancellation

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them.

In summary: orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, with no dispatch on Sundays; returns may be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility; damage and missing-item claims require a continuous, unedited unboxing video; and orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except as provided in the Cancellation Policy.

9. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the model, where such warranty is offered. Coverage, duration and conditions are set by the manufacturer.
• Vikas Tool Mart is not the manufacturer and gives no warranty of its own beyond the manufacturer’s warranty and the rights you have under applicable law. We facilitate warranty claims and service support.
• Warranty does not cover consumables and wear parts, accessories, or damage arising from misuse, overloading, incorrect voltage or power supply, inadequate maintenance, use of non-genuine parts, unauthorised repair, commercial use of a product intended for domestic use, accident, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims require the original invoice, model number and serial number. Products with removed, altered or illegible serial numbers are not eligible.

10. Service and Spare Parts

• To raise a request, provide your invoice or order number, product model number, serial number, purchase date and a description of the issue. Photographs or videos of the product or the part may be requested.
• Spare-parts supply is subject to availability from the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee availability for every model or part.
• Courier, transportation and handling charges for sending a product for service or returning it may be payable by you, depending on the requirement. Applicable charges are communicated before we proceed.
• Service turnaround times are estimates and depend on parts availability and the manufacturer’s service network.

11. Safe and Correct Use of Tools

• You are responsible for reading the manufacturer’s instruction manual and safety warnings before using any product, and for using the product only for its intended application.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment — eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, footwear and other equipment as applicable — must be used.
• Products must be operated at the correct voltage and power supply, with correct accessories, by persons competent to use them. Certain products require trained or qualified operators.
• Guidance given by our team on product selection and application is offered in good faith, based on the information you provide. It is advisory only and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions, professional advice, site-specific risk assessment, or applicable safety regulations.
• We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from incorrect selection, misuse, unsafe use, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

• The content of this website — including its layout, design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and compiled content — is owned by or licensed to Vikas Tool Mart and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
• INGCO and other product brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is for the purpose of identifying the products we sell, and does not imply any ownership by us.
• You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Your Conduct on the Website

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, or place orders using another person’s payment details without authority.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any part of the website not intended for you.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that could damage or disrupt the website.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data, or to place bulk or speculative orders.
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates another person.

14. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you post a review, comment, photograph or video on our website or send it to us, you confirm you own or are entitled to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms. Reviews reflect the views of individual customers, not those of Vikas Tool Mart.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites and services, including payment gateways, finance partners, courier tracking pages, manufacturer sites and social media platforms. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of production, downtime, loss of contracts, or loss of data.
• We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of a product, use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, unauthorised repair or modification, or use of non-genuine parts.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by logistics partners, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vikas Tool Mart, its owners, employees and partners against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, epidemics or pandemics, fire, war, riots, strikes, bandhs, government or regulatory action, power failure, internet or telecommunication failure, transport disruption, or supplier and manufacturer failures.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any purchase made from this website.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

21. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Your continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms. The terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order was placed.
